Ministry Catalyst Resource Group provides training, coaching, assessment, and consulting for pastors; local, regional, and national church leaders in church development; church redevelopment; leadership development; and systems development. We usually deliver our ministry to "clusters" of churches, but also work one-on-one with churches according to their needs and preferences. Project 6:15, one of the most popular formats, is a 16-month comprehensive process in church redevelopment that combines spiritual renewal with strategic initiative. Kenneth Priddy is also the Director of Church Renewal for the Associate Reformed Presbyterian (ARP) denomination.

Ministry Resource Team provides assistance in church planting and church health ministries. In the area of church planting, they are a resource for strategic planning, site selection, qualifying and mentoring church planters, and creating a master plan for utilization of property, buildings, and parking. In the area of church health, they are a resource for assessing existing churches; strategic planning; implementing models for staff development; administration and organization; evangelism and outreach; stewardship and finance; small group ministries; and officer recruitment and training; and improving communications. The mission of PastorServe is to encourage, revitalize, and empower pastors and ministry leaders by offering practical counseling, training programs, and networking connections within their cities and communities. Specifically, PastorServe's goals are to: (1) train pastors in 24 pastoral competencies that are fundamental to vibrant and effective ministry leadership; (2) provide pastors with one-on-one counseling and coaching; (3) equip pastors and ministry leaders for pastoral care and church planting; (4) help pastors connect to each other and to local and national networks and (5) teach church members how to care for and pray for their pastors. PastorServe is headed up by a PCA pastor and former church planter with years of experience in church leadership roles.

Serve International prepares the church for revival by equipping leaders to train Kingdom Intercessors, who will build healthy churches that are "houses of prayer for all nations." Serve provides conferences on church revitalization for pastors and church leaders and schools of prayer for congregations, and also publishes helpful materials in these areas. These training events and publications focus on the biblical concept of Kingdom-focused prayer.
