PCA Chaplain Bruce Sidebotham is deployed in Iraq, and invites you to share in his ministry to our soldiers there. The 2nd Iraqi Army Division MiTT chaplain ministry web site is: www.MiTTchaplain.net. MiTT stands for Military Transition Team. Bruce invites you to listen to his sermons to our troops, and to learn how to pray for him and his ministry.
Dear Praying Family and Friends
[The website] will have a weekly prayer letter (plus archives) and video archives of my weekly messages at the base I'm operating from. With my soldiers spread out in so many places, this is a way I can be more places at one time. Also, the intercessory prayer ministry for this place has a long way to go, and I'm hoping this web site can help soldiers and their families get more involved in it.
My "battle rhythm" includes weekends at Al-Kindi where my assistant and I are able to run a Bible study and worship services. Mid week I try to travel to visit soldiers in more remote locations. I've gotten to do a fair amount of counseling in many venues including over the phone back to the USA.
Pray for continuing internet connectivity over here so that I can keep up this web site ministry to our MiTT soldiers.
Love, Bruce
