Active Duty: 01-03       $25/mo

Reserves on PAY Status:       $15/mo

Active Duty: 04 and up  $35/mo

Reserves not on PAY Status:  $5/mo

Civilian: Full-Time $25/mo  Civilian:  Part-Time         $15/mo
